NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT/REVIEW PERIOD
FOR THE
DRAFT FFY 2011-2014 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TIP) with Air Quality Conformity Analysis
In accordance with the Public Participation Process developed by the Old Colony Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), Old Colony Planning Council (OCPC) is making the Draft FFY 2011-2014 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) available for public review and comment. The TIP serves as a prioritized listing of highway, bridge, and transit projects proposed for implementation during the next 4 (four) federal fiscal years (FFY 2011-2014). Copies of the TIP are available for review at the OCPC Offices, 70 School Street, Brockton, MA, 02301, (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), at http://www.ocpcrpa.org/, and/or upon request. This notice will initiate a Public Review Period. Written comments will be accepted until 9:00 AM on August 23, 2010. In accordance with the Public Participation Process developed by the Old Colony Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), OCPC is making the Draft FFY 2011 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) available for public review. The UPWP provides a description of the overall transportation related planning activities, ongoing and anticipated, in the OCPC region during the forthcoming year. Copies of the UPWP are available for review at the OCPC Offices (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), at http://www.ocpcrpa.org/, and/or upon request. This notice will initiate a Public Review period. Written comments will be accepted until 9:00 AM on August 23, 2010. This process will also be used as Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT’s) public participation process. A public meeting of the OCPC and Old Colony MPO advisory committee, the Joint Transportation Committee, will be held if needed.
