Call to Order/Introductions: Chair Mary Waldron called the meeting to order.
Minutes of the September 10, 2018 Meeting: Stephanie Danielson moved to approve the minutes of the September 10, 2018 meeting as written, seconded by Jason Hunter. So voted.
MassDevelopment Bond Review: There was none.
Guest Speaker: Presentation on Draft Old Colony Regional Policy Plan (RPP): Ms. Lisa Sullivan, OCPC Senior Planner and Ms. Laurie Muncy, OCPC Principal Comprehensive Planner presenting. This Regional Policy Plan builds upon, and carries forward, the smart growth principals outlined within previous plans. In addition to the strengths of these policies, this plan serves as a foundation for how our region will grow and invest in infrastructure that provides more choices, strengthens the economy, promotes a healthy environment and supports thriving, livable communities. This plan continues to be updated. Please contact Laurie Muncy for more information.

New Business:2018 MassWorks Infrastructure Program Grants in OCPC Region: Mr. Pat Ciaramella, OCPC Executive Director said the following OCPC Communities have recently received these grants: Bridgewater received a $3 million dollar grant for infrastructure on Elm Street. Kingston received a $3 million dollar grant for infrastructure improvements near the Kingston Mall and Plymouth got a $1 million dollar grant for the reconstruction of a mile-long stretch of Wareham Road.
