Old Colony Planning Council's Transportation Department provides technical planning assistance to member communities on highway, pedestrian, and bicycle transportation planning-related matters. This assistance comes in the form of meetings, data and reports to local communities, MassDOT and other local, state and federal agencies as the need arises.
