Patrick Hamilton has been with OCPC since 1994 and has been the Administrator of the OCPC Area Agency on Aging since 1998. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Gerontology from Metropolitan State College of Denver, and Master's degrees in Public Administration and Gerontology from the University of Southern California.

Lila Burgess
Ombudsman Program Director

Lila Burgess has been the Ombudsman Program Director at OCPC since 1998. In this capacity, she addresses consumer complaints and concerns regarding long-term care facilities. She has a Certificate in Gerontology from Mount St. Vincent University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Mary's University.
